We are looking for a

Performance Marketing Sales Calling Executive

with proven experience in outbound and inbound sales calling to promote and sell performance marketing solutions. The role focuses on engaging potential clients, understanding their marketing requirements, and converting leads into sales through effective communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound and inbound sales calls to potential clients for performance marketing services Understand client business goals and digital advertising requirements Explain performance marketing solutions such as paid campaigns and lead-driven marketing strategies Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and messaging platforms Prepare and share proposals, pricing details, and basic campaign information Update and maintain accurate lead records in CRM systems Coordinate with internal marketing and account teams after deal closure Meet assigned sales calling, conversion, and revenue targets
Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication and sales calling skills Basic understanding of performance marketing and paid advertising concepts Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities Ability to handle objections professionally Target-oriented and disciplined follow-up approach
Experience and Qualifications

Minimum

6 months of experience

in sales calling, digital marketing sales, or lead conversion Graduate in any discipline
Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience selling performance marketing or digital advertising services Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
