Job Summary

We are hiring a

Performance Marketing Executive

who has practical experience with

Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)

. You will be responsible for running paid ad campaigns, optimizing performance, and ensuring lead generation or conversions as per campaign goals.

Responsibilities

:

Create and manage ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) Monitor daily performance and suggest improvements Set up targeting, retargeting, custom audiences, and lookalike strategies Run A/B tests on creatives, captions, and placements Track and report campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS) Coordinate with content/design team for creatives Stay updated with Meta ad trends and policy changes

Required Skills

:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) Strong knowledge of Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager Good understanding of ad targeting, pixel setup, and budget optimization An analytical mindset to read campaign performance data & basic Excel or Google Sheets reporting skills.
