Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across
Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube, and other paid channels
Drive
high-quality leads
for EdTech courses and programs
Monitor daily campaign performance including
CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
Manage and optimize
landing pages and funnels
in coordination with design/content teams
Conduct
A/B testing
on ads, creatives, copies, and audiences
Analyze data and prepare
weekly and monthly performance reports
Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI
Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must have
prior experience in the EdTech industry
Strong hands-on experience with
Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
Knowledge of
lead generation campaigns
and funnel optimization
Proficient in
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
