Role Description
Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Analyze performance data to drive A/B testing, budget allocation, and audience targeting strategies.
Collaborate with creative teams to align ad creatives with campaign goals.
Develop and manage media plans, forecasts, and performance reports with clear KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR).
Continuously monitor industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to optimize campaign strategies.
Utilize tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics dashboards to track results and uncover insights.
Manage multiple client or brand campaigns simultaneously within timelines and budgets.
Ensure campaigns meet compliance and brand guidelines across all platforms.
Coordinate with sales, content, and design teams for seamless campaign execution.
Qualifications
3-4 years of experience in paid social media advertising and media buying.
Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Proven track record of improving ROAS, scaling campaigns, and reducing CPA.
Strong analytical skills; comfortable with interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and UTM tracking.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in eCommerce, D2C, B2B or performance marketing agencies is a bonus
