Performance Marketing Specialist
who can manage client campaigns across platforms and deliver strong ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize
paid campaigns for multiple clients
across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Manage
end-to-end campaign cycle
: strategy, setup, tracking, optimization, and reporting.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with the design/content team to develop
ad creatives and landing pages
.
Monitor budgets, bids, and campaign pacing to achieve performance goals (Leads, ROAS, CPL, CPA).
Create
weekly/monthly reports
for clients, showcasing results and insights.
Experiment with A/B testing, audience targeting, and campaign structures to maximize ROI.
Stay ahead with the latest updates in ad platforms, tools, and industry best practices.
Requirements
2-4 years of hands-on experience in
Performance Marketing (agency preferred)
.
Strong command of
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
.
Proficiency in analytics tools like
GA4, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio
.
Experience handling
multi-industry client campaigns
with varied goals (lead gen, e-commerce, awareness).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client communication skills.
Ability to manage
multiple accounts simultaneously
without compromising on quality.
Good to Have
Google/META certifications.
Knowledge of SEO and organic growth strategies.
Familiarity with CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
