Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
Drive high-quality lead generation specifically through website campaigns (forms, landing pages, CTAs).
Continuously analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for Cost per Lead (CPL) and Conversion Rate (CVR).
Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and lead magnets.
Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and targeting to improve lead quality.
Implement and track campaigns using Google Analytics, GTM, Facebook Pixel, and CRM integrations.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead quality, ROI, and campaign performance.
Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends and travel industry dynamics.
Key Requirements
2-4 years of proven experience in performance marketing / paid media / lead generation.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and remarketing strategies.
Hands-on experience with lead generation funnels, landing page optimization, and conversion tracking.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, and Excel/Sheets.
Prior experience in travel, e-commerce, or service-based industries is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
