Role Overview:
We are seeking a
Performance Marketing Manager
to spearhead our digital advertising strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and various e-commerce platforms. Your objective will be to drive traffic, optimize campaigns for conversions, and maximize ROI in a creative fashion ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Data-Driven Campaign Strategy:
Plan, launch, and continuously optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta, focusing on ROAS, CAC, CPA, and conversion metrics.
E-Commerce Channel Management:
Strategically manage marketing on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and our in-house website to boost sales and traffic.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads dashboards, and other tools--conduct A/B testing and recommend performance improvements.
SEO & Content Collaboration:
Work with content teams on SEO best practices for landing pages, product listings, and promotional copy to increase organic visibility.
Budget Planning & Management:
Allocate and manage ad spends efficiently, ensuring maximum impact and cost-effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Alignment:
Coordinate with design, merchandising, and sales teams to align marketing activities with promotional calendars and product drops.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3 - 5 years of performance marketing experience in e-commerce or fashion brands.
Proficiency with PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller ).
Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and data-driven optimization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Creativity in messaging and ad strategy, with sensitivity to fashion branding and aesthetics.
