We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven
Performance Marketing Manager
to manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in
e-commerce advertising
and
lead generation
, with a deep understanding of performance metrics, ROI optimization, and audience targeting.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube, etc.)
Create targeted strategies for e-commerce sales and B2B/B2C lead generation
Manage campaign budgets and bid strategies effectively
Perform keyword research, A/B testing, and landing page analysis
Track daily, weekly & monthly KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement
Coordinate with creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives
Set up pixel, conversion tracking, and event-based reporting
Analyze and report campaign performance with actionable insights
Key Skills Required:
2+ years of hands-on experience in running performance campaigns
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics, GA4, and data dashboards
Understanding of CRO (conversion rate optimization) principles
Experience in e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento
Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Hotjar, Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters
Good communication and team coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certified
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience in running lead gen campaigns for multiple verticals
