Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other performance channels.
Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI, ROAS, and CPA goals.
Analyze daily performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
Work closely with design and content teams to create high-converting creatives and landing pages.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Set up and manage tracking through GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, etc.
Explore new growth opportunities through emerging ad platforms and channels.
Report weekly/monthly KPIs to stakeholders with performance breakdowns.
Collaborate with product, sales, and tech teams to align performance strategy with business goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. (MBA preferred)
4-8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and lead generation funnels.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
Experience using tools like Google Data Studio, GA4, Hotjar, or Mixpanel is a plus.
Creative mindset with a strong grasp of customer behavior.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Industry preference is Ayurveda atleast 3 years in running campaigns.
Should have experience in advertisement over You tube.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in eCommerce/D2C/health & wellness/FMCG sectors.
Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Klaviyo, or CRM systems.
Hands-on experience with influencer marketing or affiliate partnerships (optional).
