to lead our paid marketing efforts across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels. The role is focused on driving high-quality leads, optimizing ROI, and scaling patient/customer acquisition campaigns with data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Campaign Execution
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn (if needed).
Create and manage ad sets, creatives, budgets, and audience targeting.
Monitor performance KPIs: CPL, CTR, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.
Testing & Optimization
Run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, CTAs, and audience sets.
Regularly analyze funnel drop-offs and identify improvement opportunities.
Use tools like GA4, Hotjar, and GTM to track performance metrics.
Budget Management
Strategically allocate and manage ad spends across platforms.
Forecast performance and adjust bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
Reporting & Insights
Maintain weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with sales/CRM teams to track lead quality and closure rates.
