Key Responsibilities:
? Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.
? Develop, plan, and execute strategic marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.
? Lead, mentor, and manage the internal marketing team as well as coordinate with external teams.
? Identify, evaluate, and onboard third-party vendors/marketing agencies for specific projects.
? Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to maximize ROI.
? Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and campaigns.
? Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
? Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing tools.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
? Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role.
? Proven ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
? Strong experience in handling external agencies and third-party partners.
? Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
? Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and campaign management platforms.
