Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and optimise campaigns across
Google Ads
(Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max).
Manage
Meta Ads
(Facebook & Instagram) with a strong understanding of audience targeting.
Build and manage
full-funnel strategies,
including awareness, remarketing, and conversion campaigns.
Conduct daily and weekly performance analysis and share structured reports.
Monitor and optimize budgets to achieve
ROAS, CPA, CPC, and revenue targets
.
Set up and manage tracking through
GA4, GTM, events, and pixels.
Run
A/B testing
on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis, and write high-performing ad copies.
Coordinate with the design and creative teams to develop effective ad creatives.
Identify new opportunities, trends, and strategies to improve overall campaign performance.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum
3 years of experience
managing performance marketing for
D2C brands
.
Demonstrated ability to scale campaigns and improve key metrics.
Strong knowledge of
Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, attribution models
, and reporting tools.
Ability to create dashboards and present clear performance insights.
Strong analytical thinking with a good understanding of funnel metrics.
Experience handling monthly budgets between
?5,00,000 and ?50,00,000
is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
