About the Role

Ealkay Consulting is looking for a creative, analytical, and performance-driven Digital Ads, Email and WhatsApp Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team.

Key ResponsibilitiesGoogle Ads

Create and optimize Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max campaigns Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and budget allocation Improve campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, Quality Score, and Conversion Rate Track and monitor analytics through Google Ads & Google Analytics

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Create, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns Develop audience targeting, custom audiences, and retargeting strategies Analyze campaign performance (CPC, CPL, ROAS) Collaborate with the design team for creative assets

YouTube Ads

Plan and execute YouTube ad campaigns Optimize ads for reach, engagement, and conversions Track KPIs such as view rate, CPV, and conversions

LinkedIn Ads

Run Sponsored Content, Lead Gen Forms, and Message Ads Target corporate professionals and decision-makers Optimize B2B ad performance for quality lead generation

Email Marketing

Plan, design, and execute email campaigns for lead nurturing Develop compelling subject lines and high-converting email copy Create visually appealing email templates Segment and personalize audience communication Track metrics like open rate, CTR, leads, and conversions

WhatsApp Marketing

Manage and optimize campaigns using WhatsApp Business App/API Create conversational templates for updates, offers, and reminders Integrate WhatsApp with CRMs and automation platforms Track delivery rate, read rate, and response performance Maintain professional and timely communication with leads and clients

Required Skills

Strong communication and persuasive copywriting skills Experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, SendGrid, Zoho, etc. Knowledge of WhatsApp automation tools like WATI, Interakt, and Twilio Understanding of A/B testing, funnel building, and performance analytics Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager Working knowledge of CRM systems, automations, and marketing workflows
