We're seeking an experienced digital marketer to own our lead-generation strategy across paid and organic channels. This role drives qualified traffic, converts leads, and optimizes ROI through data-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and social platforms.
Develop and manage SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic visibility and lead quality.
Execute paid social and display advertising campaigns, tracking KPIs such as CPL and ROAS.
Conduct A/B testing, keyword research, and competitive analysis.
Collaborate with content, sales, and product teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Monitor analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, etc.) and present actionable insights.
Manage budgets and forecast spend to achieve target ROI.
Required Skills & Experience
3-5+ years in digital marketing with proven lead-generation success.
Expertise in PPC platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and SEO best practices.
Strong grasp of SEM, retargeting, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools; strong Excel/Sheets skills.
Excellent communication and project-management abilities.
Preferred
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification.
Experience with conversion-rate optimization (CRO) and landing-page testing.
EduTech Experience Mandatory.
