Requirements and skills

Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing Sector experience in hotels, restaurants, or luxury brands is mandatory Strong hands-on experience in Meta & Google Ads Manager Ability to interpret campaign data and make optimization decisions Experience working with or managing digital agencies Excellent communication and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities

Manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta Track and optimize key metrics: ROAS, CTR, CPL, conversions etc Coordinate with our social media agency to align brand communication Execute influencer and content boosts with measurable engagement goals Analyse performance dashboards and prepare weekly/monthly reports Recommend improvements in targeting, creatives, and funnel performance
