We are hiring for the position of
Performance Marketing Manager
Location:
Sahyadri Hospital Corporate Office, Kothrud, Pune
Who Can Apply?
Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
5-8 years of experience in performance marketing or digital acquisition (healthcare / BFSI / high-volume lead businesses preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimise paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, SMS, WhatsApp, and programmatic channels
Drive performance-focused outcomes including qualified leads, OPD visits, admissions, and procedural conversions
Monitor budgets, ROAS, CPL, CAC, and continuously optimise campaigns for efficiency and scale
Analyse audience behaviour, funnels, and conversion paths to improve campaign performance
Collaborate closely with brand, content, CRM, and hospital marketing teams to align messaging and objectives
Ensure all campaigns are compliant with healthcare communication and regulatory guidelines
Prepare performance reports, insights, and recommendations for leadership reviews
