Role Overview
We are looking for a
data-driven Performance Marketing Manager
with hands-on expertise in
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
to drive scalable growth. The role focuses on managing paid acquisition, optimizing ROI, and collaborating with creative and growth teams to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Own end-to-end
performance marketing funnel
(TOF, MOF, BOF)
Manage daily budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
Optimize campaigns to improve
ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and conversions
Work closely with creative and content teams for Ad copies, Creatives and Campaign concepts.
Perform A/B testing on Creatives, Audiences, Campaign structures
Monitor and analyze performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Dashboard, Google Analytics / Shopify / CRM tools
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining profitability
Stay updated with platform updates, trends, and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
2-5 years of hands-on experience in
performance marketing
Strong expertise in
Meta Ads & Google Ads
Experience managing
?5L-?20L+ monthly ad budgets
Solid understanding of performance metrics:
ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CVR
Experience with
D2C / eCommerce brands
preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design and growth teams

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
