About the Role
We're looking for a data-driven
Performance Marketing Manager
to lead our paid growth efforts. You'll own strategy, execution, and optimization across
Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads
, and other paid channels -- all with a strong ROI mindset.

What You'll Do
Own end-to-end paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and other digital ad platforms
Create and manage performance marketing campaigns (search, display, video, social)
Build landing page hypotheses and work with product/design for A/B tests
Analyze and report on CAC, ROAS, and performance KPIs weekly
Work closely with founders and product to align ads with product positioning
Research competitors and trends to refine targeting and messaging
Manage ad budgets and recommend scaling or reallocating spend based on performance
What We're Looking For
2-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
Proven track record of profitable campaigns in Google Ads and Facebook Ads
Strong analytical mindset -- comfortable with attribution models and funnel data
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Looker Studio
Ability to write or improve ad copy and give direction on creatives
Bonus: Some technical understanding (e.g. pixels, tracking, GTM, basic HTML)
Bonus: Experience in SaaS, developer tools, or education platforms
