We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with proven experience in driving mobile app installs through paid acquisition channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize app install campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Manage daily budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to achieve cost-efficient installs
Monitor key performance metrics such as CPI, CAC, CTR, conversions, and retention
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and audiences to improve performance
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
Coordinate with creative and product teams to align campaigns with business goals
Ensure tracking and attribution are properly set up and maintained
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-5 years of experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition
Strong experience in app install campaigns
Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
Good understanding of performance metrics and data analysis
Ability to optimize campaigns based on data and business objectives
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with mobile attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, or similar)
Experience in scaling campaigns while maintaining efficiency
