The Performance Marketing Manager owns growth outcomes across paid channels. This role is accountable for lead quality, acquisition efficiency, and scalable growth. You will set strategy, guide execution, and work closely with founders and sales to align marketing spend with business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Own and scale paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
Define acquisition strategy, budgets, targets (CPL, CAC, ROAS)
Design and oversee full-funnel journeys: ads ? landing pages ? CRM ? sales handoff
Lead experimentation across creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing pages
Translate business goals into performance roadmaps and forecasts
Review campaign performance and drive optimization decisions
Mentor and guide junior marketers or specialists
Collaborate with sales to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Present insights, learnings, and recommendations to leadership
Requirements
3 - 6 years of performance marketing experience
Strong command over Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
Deep understanding of attribution, tracking, and funnel metrics
Experience driving B2B or lead-gen growth
Comfortable owning outcomes and budgets
