Growth Leader / Head of Performance Marketing (Hands-On, E-commerce/Affiliate Focus)

About the Role

We're building a performance-driven commerce ecosystem powered by

2,000+ global brands

through premium affiliate and direct integrations. We're looking for a hands-on

Growth Leader

who can set up the entire growth stack, personally drive traffic and conversions, and build a small internal team to scale what works.

This is

not a "manager-only" role

--we want someone who can execute, optimize, analyze, and then train others to replicate and expand those results. You'll work directly with the founders to own growth end-to-end--from

feed-based monetization

and performance campaigns to conversion funnels, analytics, and team building.

Key Responsibilities

Set up complete growth infrastructure:

analytics, pixels, event tracking, conversion funnels, ad accounts, and feed tracking systems. Personally run

paid campaigns

(Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Native, Reddit, etc.) to drive targeted traffic and measurable conversions. Optimize performance and audience segmentation for maximum

ROI

and revenue growth. Leverage our commerce ecosystem of 2,000+ brands and integrate new ones strategically to scale monetization. Build traffic loops across paid, organic, influencer, and content channels. Hire, mentor, and train a small team of media buyers, growth analysts, and performance specialists. Own all performance metrics--traffic, CTR, conversion rate,

. Maintain brand and feed confidentiality while ensuring compliance with platform and network policies.
Skills & Experience

6-10 years of experience

in

performance marketing

,

growth hacking

, or affiliate traffic acquisition. Proven ability to personally drive traffic and conversions across

multiple paid channels

. Deep understanding of

commerce feed monetization

and affiliate optimization. Strong knowledge of tracking systems (

GA4

, GTM, attribution platforms, etc.). Skilled in ad optimization, audience targeting, and retargeting strategy. Analytical mindset--uses data to test, learn, and scale quickly. Experience in e-commerce,

affiliate marketing

, or feed-based platforms preferred. Comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-moving, outcome-driven environment.

Pay: ₹352,272.93 - ₹1,502,887.14 per year
