Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in weekly/monthly/quarterly performance evaluation and data analysis
• Proficient in managing paid media such as paid search and paid social with various ad types
• Expertise in different bidding strategy for Paid Search and Paid Social
• Expertise in running search ads, display ads and video ads for B2B lead generation
• Familiarity with social media marketing on Meta, and LinkedIn

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
• Conduct data analysis to optimize marketing campaigns and maximize ROI
• Manage search engine campaigns, search ads, and display/video ads effectively
• Execute performance max campaigns and B2B lead generation campaigns
• Utilize social media platforms like Meta and LinkedIn for ad campaigns
