We are looking for a Performance Marketing professional who can drive growth through paid digital campaigns and optimize conversions across multiple platforms. You'll play a key role in scaling Kingvedaa online presence, improving ROI, and building strong visibility for our Ayurvedic Products.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.o Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other data platforms.o Strategize and grow e-commerce sales (Shopify, Website & Marketplaces) through conversion-driveno Collaborate with the content and creative team to ensure ad creatives align with brand aesthetics and messaging.o Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and landing pages to maximize CTR and ROI.o Manage ad budgets and bidding strategies efficiently to achieve performance goals.o Track KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate, and present reports with actionable insights.o Identify new growth opportunities and emerging digital trends for campaign innovation.o Optimize SEO and SEM strategies in collaboration with the digital marketing team.o Ensure consistent brand tone and performance alignment with overall marketing goals.
Campaigns.
Track performance metrics CPC, CTR, CAC, ROAS, CPA and share actionable insights weekly.
Create and manage retargeting, lookalike, and seasonal campaigns for new collection launches.o Work on SEO, influencer collaborations, and PR campaigns to increase organic reach.o Coordinate with content & design teams for ad creatives, landing pages, and festive promotions.o Analyze data and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.o Collaborate directly with the founder to align marketing efforts with Label Apurva's brand vision.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.o 3-5 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce, lifestyle, or Pharamcy, FMCG.o Strong understanding of social media ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools.o Creative mindset with analytical problem-solving ability.o Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.o Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or other e-commerce platforms.o Knowledge of influencer marketing performance tracking.o Familiarity with pixel tracking and conversion API setup.o Strong eye for e-commerce FMCG, and brand storytelling.
