Performance Marketing Manager
who will drive growth by executing and optimizing data-driven campaigns across multiple performance marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage performance marketing strategy across
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, Display, Affiliates, Influencer Ads, and emerging channels
.
Plan, launch, optimize, and scale
paid campaigns
to achieve customer acquisition and ROI goals.
Manage and optimize campaigns for
CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates
, and other key KPIs.
Collaborate with the creative & content teams to develop engaging ad copies and creatives that drive high conversions.
Design and execute
A/B experiments
to improve campaign effectiveness.
Handle
media planning, budgeting, and forecasting
for monthly and quarterly performance targets.
Utilize analytics tools (
Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, etc.
) to track and measure campaign performance.
Continuously identify growth opportunities in
new ad platforms, remarketing funnels, and automation tools
.
Work closely with product, sales, and design teams to align campaigns with business strategies.
Lead a small team or manage external agencies to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in
Marketing, Business, or related field
.
4-7 years of hands-on experience in
performance marketing
, preferably in an
E-commerce / D2C / B2C brand
.
Proven track record of
scaling paid campaigns
with high ROI.
Strong understanding of
Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and performance-driven channels
.
Experience in
retargeting, funnel optimization, programmatic ads, and affiliate marketing
.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as
Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SEMrush, or similar
.
Strong knowledge of attribution models, tracking systems, and campaign measurement.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
