Job Description

1. Campaign Strategy & Planning

-

Develop, plan, and implement performance marketing strategies across paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Align campaigns with overall business objectives and marketing calendar.

2. Paid Media Management

-

Manage daily budgets, bid strategies, and targeting to maximize ROI. Conduct A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and ad copies. Optimize ad delivery to ensure best cost per result.

3. Analytics, Reporting & Insights

-

Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, CRM dashboards, etc.). Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Track attribution models and customer journey data.

4. SEO & CRO Support

-

Collaborate with SEO & content teams to improve organic + paid synergy. Work on conversion rate optimization of landing pages.

5. Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

-

Work closely with design, content, and product teams for ad creatives & landing page requirements. Coordinate with sales/CRM team for lead quality feedback.

6. Budgeting & Cost Efficiency

-

Plan and track monthly/quarterly marketing spends. Ensure cost per acquisition within approved limits.

7. Innovation & Market Trends

-

Stay updated with industry trends, new ad formats, AI tools, and automation techniques. Experiment with new platforms/channels (e.g., influencer ads, programmatic).

Pay: ?17,080.31 - ?50,000.00 per month
