Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Performance Marketing Manager to drive data-led growth for Indra Shakti's brands across digital, e-commerce, and emerging media ecosystems. This role will lead the full funnel of paid media planning, buying and optimization across search, social, OTT, DOOH, and programmatic channels. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with creative acumen to scale brand awareness, acquisition and retention ensuring every rupee invested delivers measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimize performance campaigns across social, search, display, OTT, DOOH, e-commerce and programmatic channels.
- Leverage latest media tools for planning, targeting, tracking, and analytics (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Amazon Ads, analytics dashboards).
- Track and optimize D2C KPIs: ROAS, CAC, LTV, repeat purchase, retention, and engagement.
- Manage programmatic buying, including audience segmentation, optimization, and operations.
- Collaborate with brand team to develop high-performing campaign creatives and messaging.
- Continuously analyze media performance and consumer behavior to improve acquisition and retention efficiency.
- Identify new media opportunities and platforms for D2C growth.
- Ensure QA, proper tagging, attribution, and compliance for all campaigns.

  • Experience in FMCG and or D2C will be advantage.
