Spotify is seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to build and expand our digital growth engine across paid media, performance marketing, on-platform marketing, and measurement. You'll own strategy, execution, and optimization end-to-end, driving user growth, retention, and most importantly, subscription conversions while upholding the highest standards of governance, privacy, and brand safety.
You'll run multi-channel performance efforts across social, search, UAC, programmatic, and web conversion funnels, leading campaign development, daily optimizations, and performance insights. This role also supports our Martech and SEO workstreams, ensuring a seamless connection between data, automation, and measurement.
Your role involves total accountability for performance outcomes, budget allocation, and the martech roadmap, outlining how we grow effectively and durably. Curiosity, experimentation, and a deep passion for innovation across media, data, and technology will fuel your success in this role.
This position is located in Mumbai and directly reports to the Head of Media & Brand Partnerships.
