The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns for multiple clients across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other performance channels. This role is highly data-driven and focuses on delivering measurable results including leads, conversions, sales, and ROI while managing budgets efficiently and scaling winning campaigns.
Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with client objectives
Manage paid campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic channels
Define targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, and funnel structure for each campaign
Campaign Optimization & Growth
Monitor daily performance and continuously optimize campaigns for CPA, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rate
Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, creatives, and landing pages
Scale high-performing campaigns while controlling costs and minimizing waste
Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
Ensure accurate tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, and conversion events
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities
Prepare clear performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders
Budget & ROI Management
Own and manage client advertising budgets responsibly
Forecast performance and recommend budget allocation for maximum ROI
Ensure transparency and accountability in ad spend
Client & Internal Collaboration
Act as the performance marketing point of contact for assigned clients
Collaborate with creative, content, SEO, and tech teams to improve campaign results
Provide strategic recommendations based on performance data
Process & Best Practices
Stay updated with platform changes, policies, and industry trends
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and performance benchmarks
Ensure compliance with advertising policies and client brand guidelines
