Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms
Manage performance budgets, bids, targeting, and creatives to maximize ROI
Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
Implement A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and funnels
Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives
Monitor KPIs such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Stay updated with platform policies, trends, and algorithm changes
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Proven experience in Performance / Digital / Paid Marketing
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and GA4
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in lead-generation and e-commerce campaigns
Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and marketing automation tools
Agency or high-growth startup experience
