The role is responsible for driving paid acquisition strategies, managing high-budget performance campaigns, and contributing directly to revenue and funnel outcomes. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on expertise with paid channels and prior experience managing teams and agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute performance marketing strategy for acquisition and growth
Lead full-funnel paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Manage high monthly budgets with ROAS and CAC accountability
Drive A/B experiments, landing page improvements, and conversion optimization
Collaborate with product, sales, design, and content teams to support pipeline and revenue goals
Monitor performance metrics and deliver actionable insights, reporting, and forecasts
Improve attribution accuracy, CRM-based tracking, and lead quality
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing
Minimum 1+ year in a managerial capacity (team or agency management)
Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads
Proven experience managing large monthly ad budgets
Strong understanding of attribution models, funnels, and CRM tracking
Proficiency in advanced Excel or Google Sheets
Prior experience in product companies; fintech or startup exposure preferred
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, 6 days/week
Preferred Experience
B2B, fintech, SaaS, or startup environments
Marketing automation or CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
Scaling lead-generation or revenue-linked campaigns
