About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across global markets. This role requires hands-on expertise across multiple ad platforms and the ability to drive measurable growth in brand awareness, traffic, and sales through performance-led strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Platform Campaign Management
Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads, TikTok Shop Ads, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), Mercado Libre, and other regional platforms.
Optimize campaigns across geographies for reach, traffic, conversions, and ROI.
Strategy & Execution
Develop full-funnel digital marketing strategies tailored to different markets.
Conduct competitor research, market analysis, and audience segmentation to refine targeting.
Plan and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum returns.
Monitoring & Optimization
Track campaign performance daily and continuously optimize bids, creatives, audiences, and keywords.
Run A/B tests on creatives, formats, audiences, and landing pages.
Ensure achievement of KPIs such as CTR, CAC, ROAS, and sales targets.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Use analytics and platform dashboards (Google Analytics, Ads Managers, Amazon Seller Central, etc.) to identify trends and opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, creative, sales, and influencer marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Coordinate with designers for ad creatives and landing page optimization.
Brand Growth & Market Expansion
Drive brand visibility and growth across new and existing markets using paid media.
Identify emerging ad platforms, formats, and trends to scale performance.
Requirements
2-6+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid advertising.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, TikTok Shop, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and international marketplaces such as Mercado Libre.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
Experience managing budgets and scaling campaigns for conversions, sales, and ROAS.
Familiarity with tracking and attribution tools including Google Analytics and pixels.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to work across multiple geographies and time zones.
