We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital advertising and support brand growth. This role is ideal for someone who understands both data and creative communication, and can drive measurable results across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn & YouTube.
Manage key performance metrics: ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, and conversions.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Analyze campaign performance and user behavior (GA4) to improve results.
Collaborate on landing pages, content, and funnel optimization.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform best practices.
Requirements :
3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing & digital marketing.
Strong understanding of paid ads, funnels, and digital analytics.
Experience working with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and GA4.
Analytical mindset with strong communication and coordination skills.
Good to Have:
Exposure to branding campaigns, SEO, automation tools etc .
Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms.
