Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like
Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager
, and other data platforms.
Strategize and grow e-commerce sales
(Shopify, Website & Marketplaces)
through conversion-driven
Collaborate with the
content and creative team
to ensure ad creatives align with brand aesthetics and messaging.
Conduct
A/B testing
on creatives, copies, and landing pages to maximize CTR and ROI.
Manage
ad budgets and bidding strategies
efficiently to achieve performance goals.
Track
KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate
, and present reports with actionable insights.
Identify new
growth opportunities
and emerging digital trends for campaign innovation.
Optimize
SEO and SEM strategies
in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
Ensure consistent brand tone and performance alignment with overall marketing goals.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in
digital or performance marketing
, preferably in
fashion, lifestyle, or luxury retail
.
Strong understanding of
social media ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools
.
Creative mindset with analytical problem-solving ability.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with
Shopify, Klaviyo, or other e-commerce platforms
