We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketer to join our team in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving measurable results, optimizing ROI, and scaling profitable marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Manage end-to-end paid advertising campaigns with focus on conversions, lead generation, and customer acquisition
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance
Analyze campaign data and metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and scaling
Monitor and manage marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI and cost-efficiency
Track KPIs including CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and other performance metrics
Implement conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools across all campaigns
Develop audience targeting strategies and create custom audiences for retargeting
Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, new features, and industry best practices
Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
Optimize conversion funnels and user journeys to maximize ROI
Qualifications
Required:
3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid advertising
Proven track record of managing and scaling profitable paid campaigns
Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Facebook Ads Manager
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel
Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and analytics
Experience with campaign optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions quickly
Strong knowledge of marketing funnels and customer acquisition strategies
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Preferred:
Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications
Experience with other advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Amazon Ads)
Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools
Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns
Familiarity with attribution tools and marketing analytics platforms
Basic understanding of landing page optimization and UX principles
