2-5 years of proven experience in performance/digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Experience with SEO, SEM, display ads, retargeting, and affiliate marketing.
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Mixpanel, etc.).
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Drive user acquisition, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance against KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS).
Manage budgets efficiently and maximize ROI.
Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives and landing pages.
Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to design high-performing campaigns.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
