About the Role

We are looking for a

Performance Marketing Manager

to lead and own our paid acquisition strategy across key digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and where applicable, X (Twitter) and Quora.



This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with strong strategic thinking and hands-on expertise in B2B performance marketing.



Key Responsibilities


------------------------


1. Strategy & Planning




Own and drive the paid media strategy with a focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, and ROI maximization. Develop and manage channel-wise media plans, forecasts, and performance benchmarks in collaboration with the marketing leadership. Define goals, KPIs, and budget allocations across platforms.

2. Budget Planning & ROI Optimization




Plan and allocate budgets effectively across platforms to optimize cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS). Monitor spend pacing and ROI to ensure campaign efficiency and scalability.

3. Campaign Management & Execution




Work closely with the Paid Media Specialist to implement and manage campaigns. Lead full-funnel campaign development from impressions to conversion, ensuring strong tracking, targeting, and messaging alignment. Manage platform-specific optimizations in: + Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
+ LinkedIn Ads (especially for B2B)
+ Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
+ Others such as X (Twitter) or Quora, if applicable

4. Funnel Performance & Conversion Optimization




Track and analyze user journeys across the funnel, identifying drop-off points and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with the content and web team to ensure high-converting landing pages and ad-to-landing page alignment.

5. A/B Testing & Creative Experimentation




Drive continuous A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, CTAs, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and engagement. Analyze test results and translate insights into actionable next steps.

6. Reporting & Analysis




Provide detailed performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders. Translate campaign data into insights that inform strategy and budget shifts.

7. Cross-functional Collaboration




Work with content creators, designers, product marketing, and sales to ensure campaign relevance and alignment. Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure proper tracking (UTM, pixel, event tracking) and attribution models.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience (3+ years) managing paid acquisition channels, preferably in a B2B environment. Hands-on expertise with: + Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
+ LinkedIn Ads
+ Meta Ads Manager
Solid understanding of performance metrics, conversion funnels, attribution models, and tracking tools. Experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely). Strong analytical skills; proficiency with Google Analytics, Excel, or BI tools. Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems is a plus.
