Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Paid Ads
Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Implement and manage Meta Pixel tracking across websites for conversion tracking, remarketing, and funnel performance insights
Conduct keyword research, ad group segmentation, bid strategies, and A/B testing.
Manage campaign budgets and ROAS, with strong attention to cost optimization and audience targeting.
Track conversion metrics and use attribution tools for funnel optimization.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve rankings and visibility.
Perform regular keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs.
Work with content teams to create SEO-optimized blogs, landing pages, and website content.
Analyze website performance and recommend technical SEO improvements.
Social Media Marketing (SMM)
Create and schedule engaging, platform-specific content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure brand-consistent creatives and messaging.
Run paid social ad campaigns and monitor analytics to boost reach and conversions.
Build and manage content calendars and grow organic engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager.
Prepare insightful monthly/weekly reports on campaign KPIs.
Suggest actionable insights for continuous improvement of strategies.
Configure and troubleshoot Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager for accurate tracking of ad events and user behaviour
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
2+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing (agency background preferred).
Proficiency in managing Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, performance max, smart campaign) and Meta Business Suite.
Solid understanding of SEO (technical, on-page, off-page, local) and keyword integration.
Experience in using Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console & Tag Manager.
Ability to create conversion-focused landing pages and lead generation funnels.
Data-driven mindset with basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
Strong understanding of Meta Pixel installation, custom conversions, and event tracking
Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory)
Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs.
Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) techniques.
Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads or YouTube Ads is a plus.
