Job Description

A Performance Marketing Manager develops and executes data-driven online marketing campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions, ultimately maximizing return on investment (ROI). They analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies, and collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across various channels like PPC, social media, and display advertising.

Performance Analysis and Optimization:

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for better results.

Budget Management:

Manage and optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROI and ensure efficient spend.

Collaboration:

Work with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.

Reporting:

Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Stay Updated:

Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
