Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms. Own the media budget--allocate spend, track performance, and ensure efficient use of funds. Analyze campaign data to continuously improve performance and drive key KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV). Create performance reports and actionable insights for internal stakeholders. Collaborate with the Creative and Content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives aligned with brand tone and target audience. Identify growth opportunities, test new platforms, and scale what works. Use tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo, and data dashboards to inform decisions. Manage SEO and website optimization on a regular basis.

What We're Looking For

2-3 years of experience in digital performance marketing, preferably in D2C fashion or streetwear/lifestyle brands. Proven track record of managing INR 1L+/month in ad spend and delivering strong ROAS. Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SEO tools. Solid understanding of attribution models, pixel tracking, and conversion APIs. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets, data dashboards, and analytics tools. Creative eye and understanding of streetwear culture, trends, and youth-driven content. Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Nice to Haves

Experience with influencer amplification or whitelisting. Familiarity with CRO tools (e.g., Hotjar, VWO). Passion for streetwear, sneakers, music, and urban culture.
