Develop and lead data-driven performance marketing strategies across all digital channels for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Channel Ownership:
Oversee execution and optimization of paid search (Google Ads, Bing), paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), programmatic, YouTube, and affiliate marketing campaigns.
Client Engagement:
Act as a senior strategist and advisor to clients--presenting performance insights, campaign strategies, and growth opportunities regularly.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of media buyers, analysts, and performance marketers. Ensure workload balance, quality control, and continuous development.
Budget Management:
Manage multi-client ad budgets, forecasting, pacing, and performance analysis to deliver strong ROAS and CPA outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with creative, analytics, SEO, content, and account teams to ensure alignment on client goals and campaign execution.
Reporting & Analytics:
Define KPIs, build performance dashboards, and deliver actionable reports using platforms such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, Looker, etc.
Innovation & Testing:
Drive continuous testing and innovation--audiences, creatives, landing pages, platforms, and bidding strategies.
Process & Automation:
Optimize internal workflows, campaign management processes, and reporting automation for scalable growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field
6-10+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years managing multi-channel campaigns across multiple client accounts
Deep platform expertise (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, DV360, etc.)
Strong grasp of attribution modeling, media mix modeling, and conversion rate optimization
Advanced Excel and reporting skills; familiarity with BI tools (Google Data Studio, Looker, Tableau, etc.)
Proven experience managing and growing teams
Preferred Skills:
Experience in a fast-paced agency environment
Familiarity with eCommerce, SaaS, and lead gen funnels
Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, GA4, and third-party tracking pixels
Certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint)
