, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to improve campaign effectiveness. Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize

ROAS, CTR, and conversions

. Manage budgets and pacing to ensure efficient spend allocation across channels. Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages. Perform

A/B tests

on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies. Track and analyze performance metrics using tools like

Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager

. Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to management or clients. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and paid media. Assist in scaling campaigns and exploring new paid growth channels (YouTube, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
