Role Overview

The

Performance Marketing Manager

will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various paid channels - including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other programmatic or affiliate platforms.

This role demands a strong analytical mindset, hands-on campaign management skills, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights that fuel growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize

performance marketing campaigns

across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels. Manage

end-to-end campaign setup

, from keyword research and audience targeting to ad copy, creatives, and tracking. Track and analyze key metrics - CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions -- and generate regular performance reports. Implement

A/B tests

to continuously improve campaign performance. Collaborate with the creative and content teams to produce compelling ad creatives and landing pages. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and new platform features. Manage

client communication

, presenting results and performance insights with clarity. Ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable ROI. Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and maximum output.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

4-8 years of experience

in managing performance marketing campaigns (agency experience preferred). Proven track record in

Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms

. Hands-on experience with tools such as

Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and CRM integrations

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -- ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
