Hiring Performance Marketing Manager!!!

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Performance Marketing

Job Summary:

We are looking for a

data-driven Performance Marketing & SEO Manager

to lead both

paid acquisition and organic growth initiatives

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

managing paid advertising campaigns, improving search visibility (SEO), optimizing conversions, and delivering measurable growth

through performance-focused strategies.

Responsibility:

Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across

Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other paid media channels

Track and manage advertising budgets with a strong focus on

ROI, CPA, CPL, and CAC goals

Develop and implement strategies for

lead generation, funnel optimization, remarketing, and conversion rate improvement

Analyze performance metrics using

Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards

to measure and improve campaign outcomes Conduct

A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and audience segments

to improve performance Collaborate with the content and design team to develop

high-converting ad creatives and landing page copies

Monitor trends, competitor activities, and industry benchmarks to

identify new growth opportunities

Generate detailed performance reports and present insights, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations to management Develop and implement

on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies

Stay updated with platform algorithm changes,

bidding strategies, and best practices in paid marketing
