3-5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
Hands-on experience managing PPC, SEO, SEM, display, social media, and affiliate campaigns.
Proficiency with advertising platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic networks.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (including GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics tools.
Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance tracking.
Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong project management and multitasking skills.
Up-to-date with current digital marketing trends and technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (creative, product, sales, etc.).
