Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across channels to maximize ROI and hit targets.
Scale user acquisition through innovative strategies, new digital channels, and A/B testing.
Analyze data, consumer behavior, and funnels; provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and technologies to enhance performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally on campaigns and high-impact user experience projects.
Report on campaign performance and experiment with messaging/targeting.
Requirements
4-7 years in performance marketing, with 3.5-5+ years focused on app marketing in product-based companies or agencies (scalable app startups preferred).
Proven hands-on experience planning/executing/optimizing campaigns for ROI and scaling acquisition.
Strong cross-functional collaboration; immediate joiners or available within 30 days preferred.
