Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube
.
Manage budgets, bids, and ROI for all digital marketing channels.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
, CRM dashboards, and other analytics tools.
Conduct
A/B testing
to optimize ad copy, targeting, and landing page experience.
Drive
SEO, SEM, retargeting, and programmatic display campaigns
.
Manage agency relationships and evaluate new digital marketing technologies or trends.
Create
lead nurturing workflows
and integrate with CRM Sell.do.
Monitor
CPL (Cost Per Lead)

CTR (Click-Through Rate)
, and
Conversion Ratio
to ensure performance KPIs are met.
Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Knowledge of

3-6 years of experience in
Performance/Digital Marketing
, preferably in the
real estate sector

Strong expertise in
