Job Overview:
We are looking for an
experienced and revenue-driven Performance Marketing Manager
to lead our paid media strategy and execution across all digital channels. The candidate must have a proven track record of driving sales and achieving
strict revenue-based targets
through performance marketing.
You will be responsible for
planning, implementing, analyzing, and optimizing
performance campaigns with a laser focus on
sales conversions, ROI, and growth
.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
Achieve
strict monthly and quarterly sales and ROI targets
as defined by the management.
Design A/B testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance.
Monitor key metrics -- CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPL, and CPA -- to ensure consistent profitability.
Manage and optimize campaign budgets for maximum efficiency and conversions.
Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies (awareness ? conversion ? retention).
Collaborate closely with sales, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive execution.
Track, report, and present campaign performance and actionable insights to leadership.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and AI-driven marketing innovations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in
performance marketing
(agency or product side).
Proven success in achieving
sales-driven targets
through paid media campaigns.
Expertise in
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
, and analytics tools.
Strong understanding of
conversion tracking, attribution models, and lead funnels.
Advanced proficiency with
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, CRM tools
, and marketing automation.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Performance & Sales Targets:
Monthly sales quota
directly tied to paid marketing campaigns.
KPIs include:
ROAS ? 4x, CPA ? defined benchmarks, and minimum monthly lead conversion goals.
Incentives and bonuses linked to exceeding quarterly revenue targets.
Underperformance beyond two consecutive months may trigger performance review.
