Role & Responsibilities
? Design, execute, and manage a strong performance marketing
strategy to drive business growth.
? Develop and optimize digital acquisition and remarketing campaigns
across multiple platforms.
? Manage multi-million-dollar budgets across paid channels while
ensuring high ROI and efficient CAC.
? Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to achieve key traffic KPIs
through paid, organic, and owned media.
? Explore and test new marketing channels to continuously improve
performance.
? Collaborate with management to share insights, improve funnel
conversion, and present results regularly.
Experience
? Maximum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in performance
marketing.
? Proven track record of building and scaling large customer acquisition
programs in an online business environment.
? Experience in media planning and execution across multiple online
channels.
Skills
? Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of acquisition metrics,
campaign performance, and ROI.
? Hands-on expertise in running and optimizing campaigns across:
o Google Search & Display, Facebook, Snapchat, OTT platforms
o Ad Exchanges (e.g., Vserv, Komli, Tyroo, Affle, Resultrix,
AdChakra)
o DSPs (DV360, MiQ, In-Mobi, Revx)
o Content platforms (Taboola, Outbrain)
o Remarketing platforms (Criteo, AdRoll)
? Ability to define and track key metrics, optimize costs, and scale
strategies effectively.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
