Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth & Strategy
Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through digital marketing campaigns.
Optimize customer acquisition channels to meet and exceed business objectives.
Manage lead generation, scoring, and nurturing to drive consistent growth.
Campaign Management & Optimization
Oversee campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, SEO, and email marketing, ensuring efficient execution and performance.
Conduct A/B testing and refine campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROI.
Track and analyze key metrics to guide performance and maximize impact.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Analyze campaign data to uncover actionable insights that enhance conversions and reduce costs.
Create dashboards and deliver performance reports to inform decision-making.
Collaboration & Alignment
Partner with design, product, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals and product launches.
Budget & Resource Management
Manage marketing budgets to ensure campaigns deliver maximum results within allocated resources.
Customer Experience & Optimization
Improve user journeys and optimize landing pages, email flows, and creatives for higher conversions.
Leverage customer segmentation to enable hyper-personalized campaigns.
Competitive Edge & Technology
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain market leadership.
Manage marketing tools like HubSpot and ensure data integrity across systems.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing, with expertise in marketing operations or analytics.
Strong experience in running Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and Display Ads
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HubSpot, SQL, Google Analytics, and advanced Excel.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to transform data into actionable insights and optimize campaigns effectively.
Project Management: Skilled at managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Certifications: Certifications in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) are a plus.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Leadership: People management experience is an advantage.
