Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Plan data-driven strategies to achieve performance goals such as leads, conversions, revenue, and ROI.
Monitor campaign performance daily and implement improvements to maximize results.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives and landing page optimization.
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend study.
Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and insights for management.
Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and overall marketing strategy.
Manage digital budgets effectively and ensure targeted cost per result.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
5-6 years of experience in performance/digital marketing
.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, Tag Manager, and relevant tools.
Good understanding of SEO, email marketing, and automation tools (preferred).
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Experience in managing large budgets and high-performing campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads (added advantage).
